Rush Charges: Rush charges cover any special handling, job tracking, material ordering, overtime and any other factor that may be necessary to meet an accelerated schedule. Rush charges are $50/v per day rushed (minimum) and are applicable any time the product is required in less time than outlined here.
Important Note: Lead times and rush charges are based upon the receipt of final art approval and complete order instructions — not when an order is submitted. Art that is not output ready usually requires additional lead time. Always allow time to acquire art and proof approval.

Also, factor in adequate time to acquire the necessary proof approval. |

CounterPoint® is recognized as a reliable counter mat manufacturer. We consistently meet deadlines and keep pace with the most demanding schedules. As long as our artwork guidelines are observed and customers appreciate that equipment, personnel, and material can sometimes cause unforeseen delays, CounterPoint® will continue to provide superior product turnaround. While production times cannot be guaranteed, CounterPoint® operates on a scheduling system that accounts for factory loading and job size with all rush requests reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis. For calculation purposes, standard lead time and rush charges are based on orders of 5,000 pieces or less. Add one additional production day for each 10,000 pieces ordered over the base 5,000.
